Research & credentials

## Science matters. So does knowing how to apply it.

Nutrition advice is easy to find. Qualified, evidence-based nutrition guidance is something different. Good nutrition guidance begins with good science—graduate-level education, extensive supervised clinical experience, professional certification, and published academic research.

## You should know who you’re trusting with your nutrition.

- **Licensed Dietitian.** Professional licensure reflects formal education, supervised experience, examination, and the standards required to provide nutrition care within scope of practice.
- **Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®).** An advanced board certification requiring graduate-level nutrition education, supervised practice experience, and examination.
- **NASM Certified Personal Trainer.** Physical activity is part of the whole-person picture, not a separate conversation.
- **Master of Science.** Graduate-level nutrition education, plus extensive supervised clinical experience with adults across a wide range of nutrition and wellness concerns.
- **Published Researcher.** Contributing to published research strengthened my appreciation for both the science behind nutrition and the responsibility involved in translating it accurately.
- **Educator.** A career that began in teaching and expanded into professional learning and higher education—because information becomes powerful when someone knows how to make it understandable.

## Published work on GLP-1s

**Citation pending.** The full paper title, journal, publication link and plain-language summary have not been supplied — her copy document left this as a placeholder, and it is deliberately not filled with a plausible substitute here.

This is the practice’s strongest authority asset and is worth completing before launch.

## Nutrition advice should be grounded in more than opinion.

If that’s what you’re looking for, let’s talk.
